Sorry to hear that you need to return your product! If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us to start your return process.

-All returns must be within 48 hours of receiving your product with contacting head office

-Product must be in the original package and unopened.

-We do not accept returns for opened, used, unsealed products.

-Shipping charges are not refunded or credited. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

-Refund will be applied to the same point of purchase payment.

All returns will be then verified and approved for refund. Please allow 12 days for review. Must have order number, products and return tracking number.

Be Pure Skin Shop maintains the right to determine in its sole discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive.

Be Pure Skin Shop does not refund, return or exchange promotional items or gifts with purchases. Black Friday promotions are non-refundable. All items returned, or all items returned from a promotion purchase or gift with purchase must contain all products otherwise Be Pure Skin Shop holds the right to in its sole discretion to refuse to provide refund or alter refund amount, or accept your refund order for any reason- including but not limited to, if we see your order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
