Skincare Beauty Box Subscription

Boxes are $129.99 plus shipping  per box. 

Eligibility: you understand and agree that to use the sites you must be of legal age 18 and over or if you have parental consent 13 years of age.

Subscribers; we offer various subscription membership plans which include regular shipments of curated wellness product assortment. Shipping charges are not included and will be charged  once box is shipped.  Our members are also subject to the BePure Skin shop terms, which provides additional information regarding membership (including term, delivery frequency of memberships that include the BePureSkin shop skin boxes, shipping cost and pricing.)

Memberships automatically renew. You acknowledge and agree that each membership automatically renews, and you will continue to be charged, unless and until you cancel your membership, or we suspend and terminate it, in accordance with these terms and/or Be Pure Skin Shop membership terms.

Cancellation policy; memberships/subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. In order to cancel the Be Pure Skin Shop skin box, you must (a) email us at info@bepureskinshop.ca indicating that you wish to cancel the subscription and follow the instructions that we send you in response. (B) contact at 613-445-1835 to cancel your subscription. In order to successfully cancel prior to a scheduled box, a confirmation of cancelation must be within 30 days prior to shipping date.

Orders: we have the right to refuse or limit any orders, limit quantities, and memberships. We will not be liable if a product is unavailable or if shipment is delayed. All orders are non-cancelable, we may grant or deny cancelation request in our sole and absolute discretion.

Returns: We do not allow returns or substitutions of products of the Be Pure Skin Shop subscription boxes or any brand partners and/or vendors. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incomplete shipment: If you received a damaged shipment of products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us. We must receive notice of a damaged shipment within 5 days of shipment received ( must provide proof of carriers shipping information). Any refunds or replacements are solely in our discretion.

Payment: You authorize us ( and payment processor) to charge your payment card for all purchases you make, including regular for subscription memberships, which renews automatically. We accept the form of payment stated on the site and, for credit card and debit card payments, charge your credit or debit card when the order is processed. You may cancel your payment prior to your final submission of it to us. We may in our sole discretion cancel your payment at any time providing notice to you through your contact information on our site.

Transfer of Title and risk of Loss and/or damage: Title to and the risk of loss and or damaged of all products passes from us to you at the time we deliver the products to the common carrier for shipment. By purchasing our products on the site for shipment, you are asking us to engage a courier for your order. In doing so, we are providing a service to and act on behalf of you. We reserve the right to choose all procedures, packaging and the common carrier of sold products.

Taxes and shipping and handling: Stated prices do not include any customs, sales, duties, value added, excise, federal, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We reserve the right to charge shipping and handling fees according to the Be Pure Skin Shop skin box subscription, in its sole discretion, to cover the cost of processing, handling and shipping orders.
